Overview

Amazon SNS (Simple Notification Service) provides managed messaging for application-to-application and application-to-person communication. This integration enables automated notifications, message publishing, and distributed system communication workflows. Enhance system reliability and automate messaging across distributed applications.

Prerequisites

1. Add the Book to Your Agent

To use the AWS SNS BDK Book, you need to add it to your agent. This allows the agent to learn and execute the automation procedures in the Book. Follow the steps below to get started:

1. Go to Books from the left navigation menu.

2. Click on + New Book.

3. Search for SNS (BDK) and click on the book.

4. You'll be prompted for connectivity details if the book requires configuration.

5. Click on Add to finish adding the book to your agent.

6. Publish your agent.

Connect using AWS Access key ID, AWS Secret Access Key, AWS Region, AWS Role ARN and AWS External ID

Assumes a role using the provided AWS credentials.
