This integration provides automation capabilities for Google Drive, enabling streamlined workflows and enhanced productivity. Connect your processes with Google Drive to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.

Prerequisites

1. Add the Book to Your Agent

To use the Google Drive BDK Book, you need to add it to your agent. This allows the agent to learn and execute the automation procedures in the Book. Follow the steps below to get started:

1. Go to Books from the left navigation menu.

2. Click on + New Book.

3. Search for Google Drive (BDK) and click on the book.

4. You'll be prompted for connectivity details if the book requires configuration.

5. Click on Add to finish adding the book to your agent.

6. Publish your agent.

Connect using Client Email, Token URI and Private Key (secure account method)

Gets the credentials from the service account keys.

Continue with Google (oauth)

Click on Continue with Google to open a secure login page where you can sign in and grant access to the application. Once authorized, the Kognitos agent will be able to interact with your account—without ever storing your credentials directly.
