Overview

Box is a cloud content management and file sharing platform designed for secure business collaboration. This integration enables automated file uploads, downloads, folder management, and permission controls within your workflows. Enhance document workflows and maintain secure file sharing across your organization.

Prerequisites

1. Add the Book to Your Agent

To use the Box (BDK) Book, you need to add it to your agent. This allows the agent to learn and execute the automation procedures in the Book. Follow the steps below to get started:

  1. Go to Books from the left navigation menu.

  2. Click on + New Book.

  3. Search for Box (BDK) and click on the book.

  4. You'll be prompted for connectivity details if the book requires configuration.

  5. Click on Add to finish adding the book to your agent.

  6. Publish your agent.

This section outlines the available methods for connecting to the Book, along with the required configuration details for each.

To connect to the Box (BDK) Book, click on Click to Login. This will open a secure login page where you can sign in and grant access to the application. Once authorized, the Kognitos agent will be able to interact with your account—without ever storing your credentials directly.
