Introduction

When it comes to building automations with Kognitos, we have created different screens and tools to help you through each step of the process.

Automations are built in the Playground first. The playground is your team's scratchpad for building and testing automations and it includes an easily accessible instance of Koncierge. Koncierge is your personal assistant that helps you write your automations. Then once your automation is ready to be finalized, you publish it as a Process and can schedule and trigger your automations. Exception Centre is where you answer questions raised by the platform when executing your automation.
