New Features

Introducing Process Flow Visualization (Beta)

Make sense of your processes at a glance. We're introducing a new feature that transforms your automations into clear, visual diagrams — making it easier to understand, debug, and improve your workflows.

Try It Out

Enable this feature by going to User Icon → Preferences → User → enable Process Flow Visualization.

Explore

Once enabled, open any Playground or Process and click on the Process Flow button to explore a visual representation of the automation workflow.

REST API - Version 2

Version 2 of the Kognitos REST API is now available! This version introduces new endpoints for viewing detailed information about processes, adds the ability to trigger process runs, and includes overall improvements for easier use and better performance.

Enhancements

We’ve made the following enhancements to improve functionality and user workflows:

• Faster Load Times in the Guidance Center: We've optimized how data is fetched and rendered in the Guidance Center, making it significantly more responsive. It now loads 4x faster, reducing delays and improving the overall user experience.

• Improved Department Dropdown Responsiveness: The department dropdown is now much more responsive. We resolved an issue where it slowed down by searching on every keystroke.

Bug Fixes

We’ve resolved the following issues across key areas:

• Broken Links: We've corrected a system URL issue that was creating broken internal links.

• Editor Stability: We've resolved an issue that caused an error in the Playground editor header. Things should now load more reliably.
