During the transition on January 18, 2025, from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM UTC (2 hours), Kognitos login will be temporarily unavailable. There will be no impact to scheduled and unscheduled runs during this time.

No Action Required

No user action is required and your account will remain unchanged.

New Authentication Flow

When you currently log into Kognitos, the system will send you a secure email with a link to our platform. With the new changes, you’ll instead receive an email with a verification code that you’ll need to enter on the login page. Click here to learn more about the new login process.
